Absolutely loved the vegan ramen by chef Lyuben. Just what I needed to nourish my stomach and my soul on a NY Sunday afternoon.
A pretty sizeable portion that consists of a lovely blend of creamy soup with whatever spiciness levels you wish served with beautifully roasted veggies and vegan chicken bits on a skewer and noodles. Intricate attention to detail as to what a complete dish should taste like, clearly made by someone with a passion for guilt-free soul food.
I hope the ramen day becomes a frequent thing, especially when there’s no place that serves a decent vegan ramen in the whole city. Again, very well done!
The atmosphere is relaxed with a good and interesting interior. The service was slow, but it was still a Friday night. My only comment is on the attitude of the waiters, because it was lacking. The food was tasteless to say the least, Undercooked and pasta with almost no sauce. The lemon (on a little over a quarter) that was brought with one of the dishes was grossly inadequate. The meat was tasteless and generally not up to the quality that such a restaurant should provide.
